This is My Story

I’ve been fortunate enough to work with multiple startups where either the entire organisation or the marketing department was in nascent stages. We’ve all heard of the “startup hustles”, and it’s not a myth.

Although, it’s not as glorious as it sounds. It’s just that funds are extremely limited, and marketing is not a priority at that stage 😅.

On the bright side, marketers like me get a free hand and no budget :p, which means we can do whatever we want as long as it doesn’t have a monetary cost attached to it. And that’s why it’s called a hustle.

Now, it was all like a blessing in disguise. It was quite a legwork at the time but it taught me a lot about efficient & high ROI marketing strategies.

All of this, as well as the shift from interruptive advertising to attracting potential users on both the consumer and business sides, demonstrated to me what inbound marketing can do for a business. That was the moment I became even more interested in value based content marketing as it perfectly aligned with my pre-existing beliefs & values.
